Creation and Election of the Sangguniang Kabataan. – The Katipunan ng Kabataan shall meet at least once every six (6) months, or at the call of the chairperson of the Sangguniang Kabataan or upon written petition of at least one-twentieth (1/20) of its members, to decide on important issues affecting the youth of the barangay. ![]() As such, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall consult and secure the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan in the formulation of all its, programs, plans and activities. (b) Serve as the highest policy-making body to decide on matters affecting the youth in the barangay.
